      The company is consistently awarded grants so will always need new employees. It is a successful company.

      Somewhat disorganized Not a good fit for some family situations depending on position with the company Large workload Insurance for family is offered but the company does not pay any for family and only 50% for employees, something you don't find out until after you accept the job. Only 3 days of sick leave per year

      The ED is the least trained person on staff. Makes up policies as she sees fit for herself. Constantly talks about people on her staff. Very fake. Makes up her own rules. Very top heavy. No raises just extra days off.
