Very stable work scope / hours - most candidates get seconded to the-one-client and take up the roles as project managers / business analysts for a fixed term (and if you don't mess up, usually you get extended). Working hours are tied to the team you're in, most of the time quite stable with minimum OT. In-house experience - You get to be a part of a bank and gain in-house experience (probably something for those who have been consultants since the start of their careers).

Body shop / not much about consulting - most of their work / or "projects" for consultants are secondment arrangements that are not really consulting work. Most of these arrangements just want a person to sit in certain roles without really requiring any technical skills. So if you are looking to specialize yourself / get the consulting experience then this is not the shop to head to. Poor resource management - in very rare cases that you would be seconded to roles according to your current skillset. E.g.: it makes no sense to second someone with compliance background and nil IT skills / knowledge to an IT business analyst role. Most of the time they just send whoever is available on the bench. Unfair performance management process - these issues are repeatedly mentioned in many other reviews. You nail appraisals / promotion opportunities / remuneration increment mostly by your amount of "internal contribution". One might say that this is very common across industries / firms, but the extent noted in here is just too much. Limited client base - to be fair, they are trying hard to deal with this by diversifying the client-base. However, most employees only work for the-one-client. Thus, likely you would just be able to work and learn from one client. There are many other issues (eg: issues at the top / politics) but I'd say the above are the most important ones to consider before you really want to join.

Lavoro vario con i clienti: diversi clienti e tipologie di progetti, il che rende il lavoro sempre interessante. Reale mobilità tra i progetti: puoi passare da un progetto all'altro se ti fai avanti (entro limiti ragionevoli). Leadership accessibile: i dirigenti senior sono disponibili al dialogo se li contatti. Buone risorse per lo sviluppo: molte opportunità di formazione e crescita se le sfrutti. Team solidi: i colleghi sono intelligenti, competenti e fantastici con cui lavorare. Ambiente imprenditoriale: le nuove idee sono incoraggiate e c'è spazio per prendere l'iniziativa.

Orari di lavoro prolungati variabili a seconda del progetto: come per la maggior parte delle professioni, alcuni incarichi richiedono orari di lavoro prolungati, ma l'equilibrio tra vita professionale e privata dipende molto dal cliente e dal team. Responsabilità interne aggiuntive: a seconda del livello, può esserci una quantità significativa di lavoro di supporto all'azienda al di fuori della fornitura al cliente. Allineamento con il dominio non garantito: potresti non essere sempre assegnato a progetti che corrispondono alla tua competenza di dominio. Vincoli di allineamento del coaching: i rapporti di coaching sono legati al dominio, il che limita la flessibilità nella scelta di mentori formali. Incarichi lunghi (a volte): alcuni progetti si protraggono a lungo o prevedono più proroghe. Ciò può offrire stabilità, ma potrebbe ridurre la varietà nell'esperienza con clienti e progetti a seconda di ciò che stai cercando.
