We regularly undertake a compensation benchmarking exercise to ensure that this is in line with the market so that we can attract and retain the best talent. We also have a wide portfolio of clients and projects across the financial services sector offering a variety of roles. We understand that sometimes individuals may get placed in a role which does not fully align with their career aspirations based on business and client demand.
