      Ability to work independently. Building relationships with business owners out in the field.

      Very weak management. Strong favoritism given to long term employees. Commissions reallocated to other sales reps or non-sales employees with no explanation. Pay is meager. Expected to travel and perform duties other than sales without reimbursement. No consequences for employees that make violent threats are steal. Seems to operate on a shoestring.
