Remote work with decent pay, but poor onboarding - Recensione dipendente - Pension Administrator presso Capita

Onboarding was the worst I’ve ever seen by a long distance. Sat around doing nothing for months on end then with two 1 hour videos and some PDF’s thrust into doing people’s Penions on systems I’ve never used before and expected to get through cases when I’ve never done one before. Authorising people’s work when I’ve done a case before in my life. They set you up to fail and you’re constantly making mistakes. You’re better off somewhere else if you actually want to learn a new skill or work in pensions. It’s a nightmare if you’re new and I’m looking for new job as I can’t take it anymore.
