Vantaggi
Literally none. The worst job I have ever ever had.
Svantaggi
Worst employer I've ever ever had. Health professionals beware. Not a viable way out of NHS. EIGHTY PERCENT STAFF TURNOVER RATE. Worked here 3 months and saw 7 staff give notice. From when you start on their poor training their is 5 various points where they can terminate your contract if you fail more than twice on parts of training. As a health professional you're expected to do 5 assessments a day. This means working 10hr days five days a week, in the time I worked there I had no break and was daily locking up the office with zero support. Honestly just think about that for a moment, 50hr weeks with no break, investment bankers don't do those hrs (definitely not for 30k a year). The line manager is not clinically trained so has no clue about the role and problems wth their rubbish training and ridiculous work load. All the company care about is productivity (ie how many reports you write) whilst the poor claimant is trying to get benefit for their disability. Wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy.
