Very unsupportive. Hours necessary to complete the job were twice as much as you were paid. It was a spoken expectation that you would work into the early hours if necessary to get your reports in to their targets which were unrealistic. Furthermore, the only reports that got approved were ones that either suggested no PIP or the barest minimum. We were hired to give our professional opinion and we consistently told we were wrong. Has NO understanding of mental health conditions, of the people we were interviewing, or of their own staff (not me thankfully). I left because it seemed we were being forced to take away benefits from people who needed them.
