- Micromanagement: You're expected to take ownership, but when you try, you're blocked from making decisions or engaging with senior stakeholders. The only “correct” approach is your manager’s way. - Culture of fear and blame: You're constantly reminded that failure to deliver could result in termination. Asking questions is seen as a sign of incompetence, and the only feedback you receive is that everything you and your team do is wrong. - Lack of clear objectives and KPIs: Expectations are unclear, yet you're still held accountable for delivering results. Even when you proactively propose objectives, it can take months for managers to approve them. - Frequent leadership changes and shifting visions: It's a constant loop of disruption—new leaders arrive, everything pauses, and teams are expected to deliver with unrealistic speed just to avoid being fired. - Discrimination and preferential treatment: Russian speakers receive noticeably preferential treatment. - With all of the above process gaps are the least of the issues

A complete façade – take a closer look whenever you see those glowing 5-star reviews popping up every few days. The more of them appear, the more suspicious you should become. The workplace culture is profoundly toxic: intimidation, bullying, and sheer arrogance are the daily norm. It’s nothing short of a career graveyard. Talented and competent individuals did pass through here – but they rarely lasted more than 12–18 months. Why? Because genuine ability quickly became a ‘problem’ for the less capable yet unquestioningly loyal. If you value your professionalism, wellbeing, or career trajectory, think twice before stepping into this environment.
