Low key atmosphere, no one really makes alot of waves. Work from home opportunities in some offices (not sure why not all). Job stability (except they are now laying off people).

Management doesn't make decisions, rigorous interview process. Some younger, less experienced managers have ego problems - going to take over the world-type attitudes. Also tends to be alot of "red" talk from some managers.
