Capital is a strong solid company, and is job security is great by today's standard. Turnover is very low. 5. Capital realizes the importance of employee retention, and it shows, especially as you work there longer. 6. Competitive vacation benefits, and taking time off is not really an issue.

As with any large company, it can take some time to move up. There is plenty of opportunity, but it won't happen quickly like at start-ups etc. Due to Capital being focused on long term, it takes several years to reach the full benefit and profit sharing status. This is how they keep employees long term but it can tough the first few years since you are getting the maximum bonuses. Keep in my mind though, this is a good problem to have. I work in IT, some people don't realize that we are a financial company not a technology company.
