No work life balance. Long hours and the only flexibility the job offered was a great compromise of only having to be in office 1 day a week, which compensated for the long hours. This benefit will go away starting in September and expanding to 3 days in office in January. The job will require you to stare at your cubicle walls for 10-12 hours a day but claim to be building culture and increase collaboration.
