If this is your first job as a fresher or you are a experienced person joining this company then this place is a big Red Flag. It would seem OK to join during interview rounds but then after joining, a drastic change will be shown, no valid HR policy. Management does not respect, value employees, will not listen to your reasonings, will assume it on it's own and scold for everything. Because of the working style and behaviour, Senior professionals don't work for long and dictates young joiners/freshers.
Cannot even leave 20-30 mins early before the regular Punch out time for once as response will be 'No. it will result in company's loss'. In the Job Description it will be mentioned what all responsibilities have to be taken but 10 other responsibilities and other department work also included. No training of work will be given. When asked for training, no response. In the name of training, employee is expected to come to office from 9am to 6pm on Bank Holidays and Sundays. Company targets fresher because it's easy to dictate them.
