- Arbitrary dismissal without any explanation or justification - The management couldnt care less about their employees - I was promised compensation for dismissal and then they changed their minds, and told me that it was a "miscommunication from the management side " - 95% of the employees are men. - The company prioritizes expansion over quality of work. - I have come to learn during my time there that most of the workers in warehouses have little to no rights. No health insurance, no benefits, qnd are arbitrarily dismissed all the time. - I also learned from other teams that the sexual harassment policy is not implemented. - They define diversity as hiring a white foreign man
