1. Cinzia Roventa (the owner) is extremely disrespectful and rude. a. I asked for a raise, after negotiating back and forth in a meeting Cinzia agreed. Once the raise wasn't reflected on my next two paychecks, I asked when I should expect to see it and was told "I never even had to agree to the raise, if it's such a problem you didn't get it yet you should work somewhere else." Mind you, I asked in a very kind and professional tone. 2. There is prejudice in the work place. 3. Hostile work Environment. 4. Emotionally draining because of management. 5.
