Creative atmoshpere - Recensione dipendente - Editor presso Capitol Standard

My internship with Capitol Standard was the first one I ever got. I loved that I got a first-hand experience into the world of social media management. I had a lot of freedom and control of the accounts, but I also appreciated the amount of guidance and revision I received from Ursula. During our weekly calls we discussed new ideas and strategies to increase engagement and drive views to the website and we worked together to ensure they worked. I really enjoyed being a part of the team. My ideas were valued and my work was not taken for granted. I saw the results of all the effort we put in and I am very glad I received this opportunity as my first internship.

If you are not good at time management, working with little supervision and you don't follow trends this position might not be the best for you.

The only pro I can think of is the overall concept of Capitol Standard. This is filling the 20 word minimum.

Severe lack of communication says it all. It took several days and weeks to hear back from the founder for all communications. This is not a standard way to communicate with VOLUNTEER creatives or clients for that matter. Capitol Standard was complete waste of my time. I would rate zero stars if that was an option, but I am required to rate at least one star.
