Top employees seemed to have trouble with being knowledgeable in their positions and failed to recognize how much of an issue this was at the branch level. Hardly any support for employees and customers. The CEO was more concerned about who he was rubbing elbows with outside of the bank and was more worried about making money than being focused on his crumbling employees.
