Real world experience. I have been given the opportunity to see, and do business, in parts of the world that I could never have imagined. Capstone’s CEO has cut his teeth making relationships all over the globe – and as a result, the deals that are presented to Capstone are one of a kind. Another pro is that Capstone’s upper management does not micromanage. They treat everyone as an equal (and an adult) so there is a lot of opportunity to prove ones worth. Once a project is assigned, upper management is there to bounce ideas off of – but they let you run with what you think is best. Resulting, in a very fluid and pro-growth atmosphere.
