DOES NOT give EQUIL OPPERTUNITY to employees.... Bad employees get rewarded "not being terminated for no call no shows multiple times" including habitual tardiness, rehiring people who have been fired, ineligible because they were fired. communication between supervisors to employees needs to be implemented regarding their expectations and so forth.. feedback from management or supervisors regarding performance good what was done exceptionally well or bad needs to improve, regularly weekly or bi weekly.

staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
