      The company allows you to be your own boss. You always report to someone but most of the focus is based through the employees. I think it’s great to be able to work your 8 hrs do your job and basically never be troubled because your bosses trust you.

      Hard to find reliable coworkers. Nation wide I think companies are struggling to keep people.

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
