Hired as full time however when my terminal manager needed to reduce costs hours cut to part time and was no longer worth my drive time or gas costs. Was difficult hiring pickers who wanted to work, and the warehouse supervisor would cut them when things were done for the day so I could not promise them hours. Sometimes there would be OT sometimes they would only get 25-30 hours.
