      Unloaders can control their own pay however if their are issues with supervision it will kill them. That is about all that is good with Capstone

      Management from corporate on down talk a good talk however it is all BULL. If you are a site manager for Capstone you have one of the worst jobs ever. You will work long hours with little or no support and expect to get better everyday. Most sites have an attrition rate of 150% They expect you to work 12 hour a day and love it.

      staying busy keeping active pretty much it's a workout.

      very shady pay. you don't get paid hourly you get paid according to the trucks and they do not give you insight according to how much each truck is. you in term share the pay with the other package handlers.
