Excellent work culture. People are really supportive and work oriented. People share the holistic goal of growth of the company and strive hard to achieve it.

Upper management and owners celebrate Jewish holiday and are out of the office often in September and October.

Everything. While management is out for Jewish holidays they expect employees who are not Jewish to continue working in their absence. It is common for a certain higher up to go around the office yelling and cursing at people. Some of the VP's are rude, and miserable people who take out whatever issues they have on employees. There is no room for growth and the salary is very low.
