Inventory quality and quantity were the most common complaints among the drivers. When the inventory was on point, the work was quick and efficient. On the flip side, there were times when I would receive bad keys or remotes and would waste time trying to troubleshoot the issue.
If you leave it to your salesperson to get you new accounts by themselves, then you may be waiting for quite some time. They have several areas they have to cover and are spread out thin. The best drivers (the ones that make more money) go out and not only cut keys but also put in the leg work to get and close accounts.
