      Great environment to work. Professional but relaxed. Extremely pleasant co-workers. You grow with the company, lots of opportunities to advance. 9-5, M-F schedule. No dress code. This place is expanding like crazy, there are lots of opportunities to grow with the company. There's a lot to do, the days are busy, but rarely overwhelming. Management is friendly and professional, keeping everything moving in the right direction by utilizing Basecamp. Regular meetings help you see the big picture and goals. If you do a good job, it's noticed and rewarded.

      There is always lots to do, they keep you busy. Personally I enjoy it- and I think it's just a side effect of he company growing so fast.

      Working remotely for the last 6 years has been great. The company has seen tremendous growth and I think it is largely due to the tenure of employees, their deep historical knowledge, and the care they have to about the company and their teams.

      This year people in the office got raises and those of us at home got skipped over completely. It's worth pointing out that most of the longest tenured employees are all working from home. The people who have been here the longest, know the most and have the most invested in this company are the ones getting passed over.
