      Management let you do your own thing. I like the flexibility I get with my schedule. I make 70 grand here as a car keys express tech/account manager. Overall – One of the better companies I've worked for-- good work/life balance. The van they give me is nice – the last place I worked it was junk. I get a company paid iPhone. The people I work with are nice

      I'd like to make more money. 70 is cool but there's people here making A lot more.That's where I need to be. I'm getting more accounts though.

      Working remotely for the last 6 years has been great. The company has seen tremendous growth and I think it is largely due to the tenure of employees, their deep historical knowledge, and the care they have to about the company and their teams.

      This year people in the office got raises and those of us at home got skipped over completely. It's worth pointing out that most of the longest tenured employees are all working from home. The people who have been here the longest, know the most and have the most invested in this company are the ones getting passed over.
