Vantaggi
You honestly can make your own schedule, I literally am suppose to work 8 hours a day but get all my work done between 3-5 hours a day. In that time frame I not only make my daily quota but I am able to make more. I can easy clear any where from 1k-3k in that time frame, and can make any where between 5%-10% commission off of that (results/experiences may very). I do have superiors to answer to, but don't answer to them on a daily basis which is a huge plus, we work in teams that are scattered all through out the state usually consisting of 1 to maybe 2 team members, so there is a lot of unsupervised time, which means you usually wont run into anyone who works for the company (besides on corporate visits/secret shoppers, etc.), the company provides a truck (with a company fuel card) that is basically your work of place, you'll take that basically every where, the truck holds everything you would need to be successful. They're not always watching over you unless you've done something bad, a great door opener into the world of the automotive industry rather that be the sale side of things or the automotive repair side. Great way to gain customer service experience while getting a decent pay.
Svantaggi
Seems like the company is always losing employees for better opportunities salary pay is so so commission pay is better If you need immediate help (having another person present) you are kind of on your own (but the teams do work together a lot) Getting equipment that is needed is usually an up hill battle getting a response from corporate is always a uphill battle (keep all text messages and emails, cause those things could come in handy later)
