I've been an employee with Carparts.com since May 2021 and I've been able to learn so much in the safety field. They helped me obtain my Osha 30 to better help me with my career in safety. They have a very competitive compensation package, benefits and stock purchase program. They also have a generous referral program as well as bonuses. All of the managers and directors are very supportive. Most of all Carparts.com has a great work environment.

The only cons is just that it's not climate controlled, but it's only a problem with associates that are not used to working in Texas heat.
