30k base pay. Typical “warranty” shop.

Must sell 40 deals to hit bonus. You have to walk around to find a T.O manager, and if you’re not one of their “buddies” good luck with that. Seemed like majority of the time I needed a T.O manager, it was all of a sudden time for a smoke break, so get use to closing your deals on your own.
