Even though working hours are 10-7, its pretty flexible.

There was no proper training given. If you were to get someone to help, the mentor might ask for money from you or to split the commission. Previously you had to fork out your own money to do marketing and get leads. Currently company is doing the marketing for you but leads are limited. If you do not manage to sell car the basic is not enough for the month.

You can be incompetent but still get away with being in the company chugging along, they just cannot attract better talent as majority of management is busy enriching themselves in the short term and they pay lousy.

Svantaggi

Being deceived by a veneer of grandeur, talks of being a good change agent for the industry but it remains just that. Pay is low for even managers, commissions cut with all sorts of reasons.
