      - remote work - flexible working hours - a lot of freedom in choosing how to deliver a task or a project (you have a goal, but you choose how to accomplish it) - great compensation - working with some of the latest technologies - talented, helpful, interesting colleagues - working on an app that affects millions of lives for the better - approachable and involved CEO

      - due to the distributed teams and meetings that need to happen, it can be hard to find a time that works for everyone, there is flexibility needed, but everyone is also mindful of your working hours. - sometimes there is a rapid change in direction or projects that are being worked on. As in other startups, this is somewhat expected. - we have online get-togethers, but it would be great if there was an offsite once a year to meet all the people or similar live arrangement

      I love my job, I love my team, and I love my company and all that it does to help people develop better eating habits and accompany them on their journeys to better health. For being a part-time employee, the benefits are AMAZING. The pay is above average, and the work environment is always comfortable, always progressive. My feedback is valued, and I plan to enjoy many more years with Carb Manager!

This feedback is carefully reviewed and considered by leadership. - The well-being of each employee is a priority for the company as evidenced by its generous health and wellness policies. - The company’s mission is something that every employee can be proud of. Working for an app that helps people be healthy is the best. - We all support each other! - The app is awesome, easily the best nutrition app out there. The company truly listens to its users and has created so many features based on their requests. - Management is great. Teams are collaborative. Everyone is encouraged to be a leader.
