Great place to work today.

There are not any cons that come to mind.

I cannot think of one.

How is this company surviving? The CEO position is like a revolving door, resulting is 6 different CEOs in less than 2 years!!! The chosen CEOs often display arrogant attitudes and typically begin their roles without a full understanding of the business or its workforce. Changes are implemented without considering the company’s history and current circumstances. The advisory board expects immediate results, leading to the firing of CEOs and the appointment of new ones, creating a vicious cycle. Unfortunately, the advisory board lacks a true understanding of the real needs of the business.
