Really really good point here. In practice, the performance review has at best been lackluster and know that your voice here has been heard and is actionable. Our HR team has been drafting up a revamped review process which will be administered by your team lead through UltiPro. In the meantime, it's completely appropriate for you to ask you team lead to complete the existing performance review workflow. We'll be happy to make the assist to ensure you are getting the recognition you deserve for your hard work.
