Company was founded on 10 core values and sticks to those things with everything they do

      Sometimes there is a disconnect between HQ and On-Site Team members and expectations. Can be difficult to move up if you do not follow specifically by the ladder

      You are absolutely correct that a disconnect can exist between support teams and the folks working day in and day out on-site. I appreciate your open honesty here and encourage you to check in with the talent team to talk about your career trajectory.
