The team members within Cardinal are a dream, constantly supporting each other, checking in, and pushing everyone towards success.

      Not necessarily a con; however, with this company being young, we are constantly finding ways to adapt and make changes that could be frustrating but will benefit the company in the long run.

      You are 100% right. I would even add that in a time where our industry is growing and changing daily, we all need to pitch those ideas and learn from the fallout if we're going to continue to succeed. Thank you sincerely for all you bring to the team.

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
