Team member recognition is something you are 100% right about. Too often in our industry, we find ourselves as being the problem-solvers for residents, teams, and ownership groups alike - all this with rarely getting recognition for a job well done. I'm hoping that in the coming months, you'll see the efforts currently being developed to roll out on a national scale. In the meantime, know that I see you and appreciate all you have done to make the community a success. In the time of Covid and all the growth, you've shown that you are truly a Cardinal hero both to me and to your residents.

- Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
