It is understandable to be upset about lower pay - Our interns work SUPER hard! That being said- I am always proud that we can offer paid internships that offer such a high level of learning and future growth potential!       - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
