      One thing in particular often comes out of reviews like yours and it's the inherent belief across the entire company that we each do what we do for each other. You are right that turnover is a struggle in our industry, but people like you who bring their best each day and do what they do for others all but ensures we will continue to do great things together.       Amazing company and amazing people I have had the pleasure of meeting this is my dream career and I am so happy to be apart of Cardinal i started as a leasing agent and worked my way up and it was very rewarding.

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
