      Advancement is the name of the game, especially when we talk about folks like you who bring their best, true self each day to make safe and happy environments for others. I'm hoping you will check out our turn company and construction companies as a potential career path if maintenance is your game.       - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
