They are very focused on providing opportunities for further education and to be promoted within the company.

They suffer from the typical middle-management stuff - too many people getting hired for unnecessary positions that only serve to create more work for the on-site teams. It eventually became that all day every day was taken up with reports and meetings rather than being able to actually take the time to properly run the property.

You are well on to the crux of modern business. Who has the ability, and therefore the responsibility to add into the culture each day vs be a potential roadblock? - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
