      It's all about the team and I'm thrilled to hear you love yours! Compensation is definitely something that hits us all where and how we live. A large part of our conversations with ownership groups has centered around the simple concept of equity across teams and individuals. While we don't always get it right, know that by using your voice and bringing attention to it is something that's not only encouraged but is necessary if we're going to continue to build great teams.       - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
