My god this company has so many issues. Where to start! First off, they do not pay their staff good enough for the jobs they do. Also, they do not recognize hard work when they actually have good employees. The most frustrating part of Cardinal is the blatant disregard for their “Core values”. They say they value team member development and growth, however, if you want to advance in your career, you will be met with constant dead ends and terrible talent advising that wants to keep on site staff on site. I am a finalist for a company wide award and I can’t even get a promotion into a job that doesn’t require a bachelor’s degree. Don’t think of starting your career here because it will never go anywhere regardless of how hard you work and how much of an impact you will make. The best part is their “Open and honest communication” that just involves them sending you a robot email that you have not been chosen. Really makes you feel like they value you and your time. Look elsewhere!
