      People that treat you like people, not numbers. Tons of resources readily available at all times. Communication has been amazing.

      Lots of initial training classes and information. Can be hard to take it all in and not feel overwhelmed.

      Learning in the flow of work is something that is going to be the key to long-term success here. As a CM, I'm sure you see the level of attrition and therefore the loss of institutional knowledge facing the industry these days.       - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
