      I appreciate your lending depth to the gravity of the work an assistant community manager does. After all, while the leasing team gets to do the fun stuff, you as the keeper of the books and reporting are typically mired in the running of the business.       - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
