      Office environment- friendly and open workplace that makes you enjoy going into the office. Team culture- everyone there, regardless of department, is eager to help each other out Growth - if you’re a driven person they don’t halt your career success, they encourage it!

      The only cons that could come up is if you’re not adaptable of change, but I think that could be said throughout all workplaces right now.

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
