      Turn is definitely one of those moments each year that we ask ourselves "what did I just see and potentially touch." It's that time though that we each bond a little tighter and hopefully have a couple of laughs. I'm hoping that through he automations and ops tech, that we can take the lift off of the shoulders of the on-site leads and free them up to roll their sleeves up a little higher and help out.

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
