      From top to bottom, Cardinal has amazing people who are always willing to help or share their knowledge with you and support your growth. Cardinal is also very open to giving opportunities that may not be the norm for example a maintenance technician wanting to transition into the office.

      With Cardinal constantly growing and developing, I feel that certain implementations of new policies or programs could be rolled out with better.

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
