Our P&C team is hard at work providing pay bands by position in each State, city, and market to ensure that compensation falls in line with the needs of each of our over 2,000 team members in each market across the country. The goal is to have the pay bands that reflect today's changing times in front of the clients to have budgets approved by the beginning of the year. - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
