      You reference a great point about the divisions that exist in the industry. With legislation, expectation, and market changes, the people most directly affected are the ones answering the phones and handling resident issues on-site.       - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
