      Really none. I previously worked at a company that allowed HQ team members the option to work four 9-hour days and have Fridays afternoons off. That was cool.

      I love where your head is at. So often in work, we fool ourselves into thinking that the cadence of yesterday is applicable to today. Between the pandemic and the every increasing efficiencies of work, who are we to say that a person who brings all they have for four days can't do what they need to do for others?
