      I have been with this company for 5 years and have absoltuely loved every min of it. They want the best for their employees and it shows! I have learned so much about what it means to be apart of TEAM, unlike my past experiences at other companies. I have enjoyed learning and growing now that I am in a different role officially this year and I am super excited about what more I will learn and love about working here.

      I appreciate your acknowledging the divide that can sometimes exist in 3rd party management. I'm hopeful though that with your experience and leadership, we can continue to be the fierce advocates for the people who come to work each day and bring all of who they are to the work. and PS.       Amazing company and amazing people I have had the pleasure of meeting this is my dream career and I am so happy to be apart of Cardinal i started as a leasing agent and worked my way up and it was very rewarding.

      - Work life balance: depends on who your white label is and if you work strictly for cardinal they have a better work life balance. - Turnover rate in corporate - Learn as you go / 0 training in every role unless if you have a good manager - CYA mentality - High expectations / sometimes unrealistic goals - When corporate comes into town they are never hands on due to having too many meetings in a day
